Meet Veritable Roots

My Clinical Approach

A Note on Coaching vs. Clinical Work

The Veritable Roots Framework

My work is grounded in narrative integration and solution-focused practice — which means I am less interested in cataloguing what went wrong and more focused on how you reclaim authorship of what comes next.

I believe people are not broken. They are in the process of becoming. And that process, when given the right structure, language, and support, can be intentional rather than accidental.

This is where the title Intention Strategist comes from. It is not a replacement for my clinical training. It is an extension of it — a bridge between the therapeutic space and the practical reality of rebuilding a life that feels aligned.

A Note on Coaching vs. Clinical Work

The Veritable Roots Framework

The Veritable Roots methodology is built around five pillars:

  • Nervous System Awareness — understanding what you're carrying, and whether it's actually yours
  • Intentional Identity — distinguishing your authentic self from the survival self that formed under pressure
  • Emotional & Relational Boundaries — discernment over absorption; reciprocity over rescue
  • Embodied Lifestyle Alignment — building an environment and daily rhythm that supports who you are becoming
  • Purpose & Intentional Creation — moving from obligation-driven work to aligned, sustainable contribution

A Note on Coaching vs. Clinical Work

A Note on Coaching vs. Clinical Work

There is a meaningful difference between a life coach and a licensed clinician. Coaching is unregulated. Anyone can claim the title. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist has completed graduate-level clinical training, supervised practice hours, and passed state licensing examinations.

That foundation is not decorative. It is the difference between inspiration and informed guidance.

My work sits at that intersection: the structure of clinical training, the lived authority of personal experience, and the practical tools of an educator. That combination is what Veritable Roots was built to offer.
